Research experts from the University of Aberdeen, UK, reveals all for the consumption of apples may reduce the risk of asthma in infants in the womb.

Sinusitis Symptoms and treatment
In my post before we had know whats mean by Sinusitis, and now we will recognize what its symptopms and the treatment
Sinusitis symptoms
Acute sinusitis is characterized by:
*Pain in the nose, cheeks, forehead.
*Runny nose, clogged nose, sometimes accompanied by fever, bad breath, body lethargic.
*In severe infection may be accompanied by swelling around the eyes (periorbital) and mucus that smells.
While in chronic sinusitis, in general, characterized by:
*Snot-smelling, yellow or greenish (mukopurulen). Sometimes mucus mixed with blood. Some people feel the snot that was felt in the throat (post nasal drip)
*Sometimes accompanied by headaches, clogged nose, olfactory impairment.
TREATMENT
Relief efforts aimed at eliminating the cause and relieve the complaint, include:
*Antibiotics. To combat bacterial infection. First-line antibiotics include: amoxicillin, co-trimoxazole, erythromycin. As for second-line antibiotics: a combination of amoxicillin and klavulanat acid, sepalosporin second generation or more. The duration of antibiotic use at least 2 weeks.
*Decongestants. To ease congestion. These drugs are available in 2 forms, namely: (a) topical medications (eye drops or nasal spray) and (b) oral medication. The use of topical nasal drugs should be no more than 5 days, except on the advice of health professional.
*Analgesic-antipyretics. Used to relieve pain, if necessary.
*Mukolitik. To thin the nasal secretions so easily removed, for example: bromhexine and N-acetylcystein.
*Antihistamines. Used to relieve allergy for patients who have a history of allergy.
*Drainage. Sinus secretions suctioning if the drug does not provide a satisfactory response.
*Surgery. Done especially if there are disturbances in bone structure or sinus septum deviation that causes prolonged sinusitis.
From the description above treatment sequence, it is clear that the treatment of sinusitis does not necessarily require drainage, irrigation or sinus surgery.
Knowing Sinusitis
When someone expressed sinusitis, a question that is often thrown is: whether it should operate? Should it be suctioned? Not sebegitunyalah. If it can be cured with drugs, why should be aspirated? Basically, a doctor determines the order of treatment based on examination results in accordance with the indication. Is it dangerous? No! Provided treated appropriately.
Sinusitis is an infection of the surface (mucosa) sinuses around the nose (paranasal) caused by micro-organisms.
Based on the time course of disease, sinusitis is divided into 3, namely:
1.
Acute sinusitis, lasting less than 4 weeks.
2.
Chronic sinusitis, lasting more than 3 months. Another opinion says more than 8 weeks.
3.
Sub-acute sinusitis, lasting from 4 weeks to 8 weeks or 3 months.
TRAVEL SICKNESS
In acute sinusitis, rhinitis preceded by a viral infection, followed by swelling (edema), surface (mucosa), sinus and sinus bone. Furthermore, sinus cavity blockage (obstruction) and lack of oxygen (hypoxia). The result is a buildup of secretions (snot). Infection can occur when breathing the air immediately after sneezing or after attempting to remove the snot.
Another trigger factor due to propagation of infection from the upper molar teeth infections, nasal polyps, use of tampons a long nose and nasal disorders in bone structure.
Acute sinusitis can become chronic sinusitis by various factors, including: factors of allergy, nasal bone disorder factor. These factors may cause changes to bone structure of the nose (nasal bone septum deviation, polyps, etc.), as well as changes in the surface (mucosa) nasal bones and sinuses. These conditions lead to chronic sinusitis.
